Youth Policy

It shall be compulsory for all Frisians aged 13 to 18, with the exception of those chosen to be trained as priestesses, to spend every weekend away from home at activity camps, where the emphasis shall be on team sports, physical exercise and character development. Those with disabilities shall not be excluded, and all shall be given tasks designed to bring out their full potential. All Frisians aged 18 to 25, except priestesses, shall undertake national service, and at 25 they shall be discharged and given full citizenship rights, with some in each borough being commissioned as officers. As part of their national service, the young men shall take over the role of the armed forces, and the young women of the civil police.
